Every week you will receive a 30 min lazer coaching call held over Zoom (this is a total of 11 live coaching sessions over the 3 months).  These coaching sessions will be recorded for your reference in your private coaching portal. 

These sessions will give us the opportunity to make more significant adjustments to your program and nutrition plans and for coaching to break through mindset and behavior obstacles and brainstorm ways around any challenges you are facing so you can maintain the forward momentum to meet your goals

Each day I will review your progress and give you the support, feedback and motivation needed to keep succeeding!
Every 2 weeks we will adjust your workout plan as needed to keep you appropriately challenged and moving forward

I've been working with bodies of all shapes, sizes and ages for the last 20 years. Competitive athletes, weekend warriors, stay at home moms, desk bound executives, post partum momma's, they all found their way to a yoga mat or into the gym.

I'm a great believer that all movement counts but to move well through life we need to cultivate what I call the trifecta of 
  • STRENGTH - maintaining or building muscle mass for bone strength, blood sugar control, movement and quality of life
