No woo woo stuff but I do contain the physical practice within the insightful and inspiring yogic philosophy teachings that help you take your practice off the mat and out into your daily life. !!!
Teaching, rather than merely instructing, I dont simply demonstrate at the front of the class. I offer precise verbal instructions and gentle adjustments helping you explore and define the safe edges of your practice with patience and care. You will hear "go for it" as much as "no, not yet...."
My certifications in Personal Training, Biomechanics and Corrective Exercise bring a strong focus on intelligent sequencing and the use of props, variations and suitable progressions so that students may take ownership of their personal practice and progress safely even in a group class.
