Lets be honest - CHANGE IS CHALLENGING, SCARY AND SOMETIMES HARD.
Getting informed is easy but knowing how to take action on all that info, breaking free of old behaviors and limiting beliefs AND staying the distance to see real lasting transformation, THAT'S the challenge.

3. WE stay STUCK IN THE PAST. we don’t stretch ourselves into a new identity and a new future. OUR CURRENT IDENTITY, FEARS, LIMITING BELIEFS, OUTDATED HABITS and old ways of relating KEEP US STUCK. we need support and guidance to grow into the person who lives their desired new reality with confidence and joy
4. WE fail to recognize and amplify our natural skills and past learned experiences. you are stronger, smarter, more experienced and successful than you give yourself credit for. Tap into your superpowers and build on that.
8. WE DON’T HAVE THE SKILLS, capacities and RESOURCES NEEDED TO SUCCEED. iNFORMATION IS NOT ENOUGH. we need the right mindset and to master the practices, skills and daily habits to really move the needle. what does your future self need?

OUR ENVIRONMENT SABOTAGES OUR GOALS. we refuse to declutter, streamline and optimize. we keep our triggers and distractions and wonder why we keep tripping up. get strategic. let your environment support your goals. make it easier to make better decisions, build better habits and achieve quick wins.
6. WE're NOT STRATEGIC. TOO much, too soon, haphazard and halfhearted, DOING THE SAME THING AND EXPECTING DIFFERENT RESULTS (AND GOING QUIETLY INSANE). having a clear roadmap is the fastest way to reach your goals.
5. we give up to soon. WE DON’T HAVE A GROWTH MINDSET. learn to REFRAMe challenges, SETBACKS AND even FAILURES to learning experiences. gather the data, get curious, be WILLING TO EXPERIMENT, LEARN, FAIL FORWARD, REFINE, AND REPEAT until you master and you'll become unstoppable.
10. WE RELY ON WILLPOWER ALONE. IT’S A FINITE RESOURCE. BECOMING INTERNALLY MOTIVATED HELPS US STAY THE COURSE. motivation happens in context - of your life's bigger why, your vision, your goals. good news is taking action builds momentum and momentum is motivating. it's an upward spiral - ride the wave.
