I teach you how to make this work with your real life, not against it. I'll show you how to use macro based nutrition so you can still have your treats, enjoy your special occasions AND still hit your calorie and fat loss goals. But if you want to cut back or stop completely I'll show you how.

Your workouts can take from 30-45 min 2-4x/week (depending what works for you). 
Meal planning and prep shouldn't take more than an hour/week.  I'll also give you meal plans and recipe ideas and shopping lists to make it easier. 
Logging into your app to track your daily habits, workouts and meals - 5 minutes.  Your weekly lazer coaching call - 30 minutes.

My love of working out began at 14 years old when I'd join my mum at the local gym for fitness classes.  Although Step classes were fun (yes, I'm showing my age!) I'd always sneak out into the weight room and since then working out has been a part of my daily life.

I was never particularly good at any team sports so strength training let me "compete" against myself.  Being in the gym gave me the "me time" in my day I needed to forget everything else, push my body and test my limits.  I loved the feeling of strength and confidence that working out gave me.

Finding Yoga later in life balanced the "push" with the "yield", the "yin" with the "yang" and gave me a different kind of strength along with the mental focus and relaxation that I craved as a busy professional. 

Studying Nutrition and Health coaching was a game changer as I headed into my 50's and helped me recover from a serious health crisis.  Learning powerful daily health habits and how to eat and exercise for my body type, age and goals, I was able to stop the perimenopausal weight creep, build muscle and recover better with less pain and inflammation. Nutrition was also key in getting my health (and therefore my business) back on track after a major health crisis. Now I look and feel better than I ever have and can show up for my clients and students with the energy, clarity and enthusiasm that helps them be their best!
