Absolutely. This program is specifically designed for busy women navigating demanding schedules, stress, competing commitments, and a body that’s changing hormonally. I understand how your energy, mood, focus and confidence has changed - this approach adapts to your current reality – not the body or life of your 20 year old self.

Because I've been where you are and I have the training and experience to help you navigate your personal journey and goals. It’s about offering you insight and thoughtful guidance, practical support, and a grounded approach that helps you feel strong, calm, and in control. Absolutely not. You can eat at restaurants, go out to gatherings and celebrations, enjoy wine with friends, and still lose weight. I teach you how to make this work with your real life, not against it. I'll show you how to use macro based nutrition so you can still have your treats, enjoy your special occasions AND still hit your calorie and fat loss goals. But if you want to cut back or stop completely I'll show you how.
Your workouts can take from 30-45 min 2-4x/week (depending what works for you).
Meal planning and prep shouldn't take more than an hour/week. I'll also give you meal plans and recipe ideas and shopping lists to make it easier.
Logging into your app to track your daily habits, workouts and meals - 5 minutes. Your weekly lazer coaching call - 30 minutes.
